Corrupted PR files in CVSup

Hello,

It seems that on some CVSup mirrors PR files are corrupted (mix of
RCS files and garbage). To name a few:

ports/12518
ports/13324
ports/13633
ports/13808
ports/13833
ports/13834

I checked cvsup.us.FreeBSD.org and cvsup3.us.FreeBSD.org
cvsup14.FreeBSD.org doesn't have this problem

Is anyone else observing this issue?
