        Add the CTSRD-local images directory to the mtree for /usr/share
        so that installworld auto-creates the directory in the target
        tree.

I had forgotten that I'd created the directory by hand. :(

It seems like we want some sort of LOCAL_MTREE variable to really do
this right.
