can you please try and see whether you can do this again and/or
download the file yourself? It might be that one of the mirrors
that you are trying to use is out of date or something.

Also make double sure your ports tree is up to date.

   Thx, I've deleted both files in /usr/ports/distfiles/ghostscript and
   now it= seems to work.
